The University of West Florida community is currently exploring its final four candidates for the school’s presidency. Throughout this week, each has spent time with the staff, the students, the faculty and Board of Trustees. Thursday, one will be selected to lead the university into the future.
As part of the interview process, each candidate has participated in an open forum, where they field questions from the community. Sen. Don Gaetz, one of the higher profile candidates and the most controversial — the faculty senate, as well as some students have made their opposition known recently — sat for his open forum Sept. 12.
Video of the open forum is posted below. To read about UWF’s presidential finalists, read UWF’s Final Four, Presidential Search Narrows. To watch videos of the Presidential Search Committee’s interviews, click here.
