The Pensacola Museum of Art is featuring a new exhibit celebrating the museum’s recent growth. The exhibit is entitled “To PMA with Love: Recently Restored Works and Acquisitions from the Permanent Collection,” and also focuses on continued conservation efforts of formerly accessioned pieces.
Artist featured in this exhibit include Alex Katz, Andy Warhol, Daniel Chester French, Nathan Sawaya and Vivian Maier. Works on display include both gifts and purchased art, and represent a variety of media.
“To PMA with Love” opened Sept. 23 and is on display through Nov. 12.
The Pensacola Museum of Art is open Tuesday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for children ages 4 to 17. Members get in for free, and the last Tuesday of each month (Sept. 27 and Oct. 25 for this exhibit) is free admission for everyone.
